The Continuum is a private, ongoing container for those who want consistent support, deeper integration, and continued energetic alignment without the structure of weekly sessions.
Each month, we meet for one 90–100 minute private session. The session is entirely personalised and may include coaching, intuitive reading, energetic healing, pattern identification, emotional support, or a combination of these — depending on what is most relevant for you at that stage of your journey.

Your integration protocol
At the end of each session, or within 24 hours, you receive a personalised protocol — practices, reflections, actions, or energetic processes to follow until our next session.
Energetic holding between sessions
Between sessions, I continue to hold you within the energetic intention of the container, supporting the integration and unfolding of the work initiated during our session.
Your commitment
To follow the agreed practices and remain actively engaged in your own process throughout the month. This is what creates continuity, integration, and meaningful movement over time.
A Note on Support Between Sessions
The holding offered between sessions is energetic, not interactive. This container does not include messaging, calls, or verbal check-ins between our monthly sessions — your integration protocol and the energetic field of the container are what carry the work forward until we meet again.
